Has anyone seen the 'Recession 101' billboards? They've been written about in the NY Times and CNN. They give an optimistic spin to the recession and come from the Outdoor Advertising Association of America. They are featured in about 30 states, particularly those hardest hit by the recession, like MI (which is where I've seen them.) Link in and see the 'brighter side to the recession.
